Board Room
The Board Room, which can accommodate up to 12 delegates, is ideal for the smaller meeting or as a break-out room for the larger event.
This very popular room has good natural light and views over the River Tay and Dundee’s waterfront area, providing inspiration for any event.
Learning Space
The Learning Space, located on the first floor, can accommodate up to 40 delegates and is ideal for workshops, training days, team building events and presentations or as a break-out room for larger conferences.
As well as being equipped with state-of-the-art projection facilities, the Learning Space also has an interactive smartboard, to give your presentations that extra wow factor.
Auditorium
The Auditorium, located on the ground floor, can accommodate up to 60 delegates and is ideal for smaller conferences, sales presentations, workshops and training days.
As well as being soundproof, the Auditorium has soft lighting capabilities and a massive 4m x 3m screen that can be used for dramatic presentations.
Prism
The Prism, a dominant triangular area providing dramatic lighting effects, can seat up to 80 delegates and offers a flexible space which can be used for both formal and informal events, small conferences, exhibitions, buffets, product launches, drinks receptions and parties.
The room, which enjoys superb natural lighting, has state-of-the-art lighting facilities, which can be used to wash the area in different colours.
The Piazza
The Piazza is located to the front of the building and is an ideal area for outside events including product launches, receptions, themed events or for a marquee.
