Our Venue
Sensation is Tayside’s Millennium project and one of the UK’s leading science centres. Opened in July 2000, the centre has gone from strength to strength and is making major inroads into its mission of inspiring the scientists of tomorrow.
Our exemplary standards for customer service and our unique venue have also seen us develop an inspiring and highly acclaimed corporate side to our business. This has seen us host Burns suppers, international dinners, product launches, seminars, award ceremonies, graduation events and AGMs, amongst others. Sensation can be used for both formal and informal events including conferences and sales presentations, workshops, team building and training days, dinners and private parties, receptions and award ceremonies, themed events and exhibitions. All of our rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art IT projection facilities and wireless access to the internet is available in the Prism and café
areas. Expert technicians will work with you at every stage to ensure all your technical and AV requirements are met. When booking your event at Sensation all support services, including use of our in-house AV facilities are available at no extra charge.
Great Apes - this summer, Sensation will be a hive of ape-themed activity and Fossils and Funny Bones will give youngsters the chance to dig for bones.
